Luncheon attendees will receive a goody package including
an exclusive 16" fashion doll by Tonner Doll Company with a new debut sculpt created especially for our event. Other items in the souvenir package include a complete 16" doll fashion and other accessories/props.

We are honored to have Clea Bella creating our special Broadway centerpiece dolls (LE 20). Goodreau Dolls and Fashion Boulevard are making exclusive themed companion items, as well.

We will also have a presentation by Robert Tonner, manufacturers' displays, plus sales, helper room (with LOTS of great items), door prizes and other surprises!

There will be a charity auction to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, featuring one-of-a-kind fashion dolls from many talented artists!

Payment Policies:

SATURDAY EVENING - Opening Night Dinner

We will be having an “Opening Night” dinner on Saturday September 6^th at the hotel, featuring “Opening Night Gala Fashions Through the Decades” historic costume exhibit and including a wonderful souvenir accessory! We will also have sales, helper drawings, door prizes and more!

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation on or before 8/15/2008 - Deposit will be refunded except for $50 cancellation fee
Cancellation after 8/15/2008 - No refunds. All money is forfeited.
You must be present at the luncheon to receive your souvenirs. Cancellations will not be converted to absentee packages, unless packages are still available.

Absentee Packages:

We may have some absentee packages available at $225 plus shipping. If you are interested in purchasing one, please send an email with your name and address to: metrodolls@yahoo.com. The absentee packages include the souvenir Tonner doll and additional items from MetroDolls. The centerpiece and companion items are not part of the absentee package. All shipping is insured and international shipping is by Global Express Mail and fully declared.

We will offer absentees the opportunity to purchase remaining companion items before we offer them for general sale. If you are ordering an absentee package, please let us know if you are interested in them and we will add you to the wait list. They will be shipped separately from the package.

Hotel Information:

The Hilton Woodbridge is conveniently located off exit 131A of the Garden State Parkway. It is approximately 1/2 mile from MetroPark train station, which serves both New Jersey Transit's and Amtrak's Northeast Corridor line. The MetroDolls room rate of $104 is valid for registrations made by 8/16/2008.
